Part of my order did not arrive

Part of my order did not arrive. Cassi tracked it and discovered that one box was (and still is) listed as being in Atlanta. After allowing time for the package to be found and forwarded on she declared it a lost item and shipped a new one. I wish all companies were as considerate as 13 Deals.

In addition, their products are of good quality, shipped promptly, and are backed by their support staff that provides great customer service. 13deals.com is Complete Fraud... This company is a SCAM

I ordered 24 MRE's from 13deals. They never delivered the MRE's. They claim the Shipper lost the MRE's. Then they said it was my fault? When I opened a BBB complaint, they said they did not want to do business with me again. I never got my MRE's and I lost my money. This place is complete fraud.

Received items after several weeks and…

Received items after several weeks and they are nowhere near what was advertised. I probably could have got the junk I received from a dollar store for a buck instead of paying 10 bucks a piece. I will never trust this company again

My order was running late almost 4…

My order was running late almost 4 weeks late, so I sent an inquiry regarding where my order was? The immediate response from the agent, stating lack of tracking that the package was lost in transit. An order was sent to replace the first one, showed up in about 9 days. I was so glad to the the replacement glasses. The customer service is above and beyond, an honest company to do business with. Thank you, keep up the good work.

Cool Company, Awesome Deals, Great Customer Service

I've been purchasing items for a few years now. I have purchased random cool items... great finds. I have been very fortunate with the majority of the items that I have purchased have all been super cool and have been working great. Some items do take slightly longer to receive but that's ok... we are currently living through difficult times (Covid-19) and I would rather my items take an extra day in arriving and have everyone safe at 13deals! When I do reach out to customer services they have always and I mean ALWAYS been super helpful and are able to provide assistance. If a product is defective or not operating correctly and I report this to them within a timely manner they do provide refund once they have received the item. I have had an item lost through the mail.... and since i was able to reach out to the shipping, the shipping company confirmed that the item was in fact lost... I contacted 13deals and they were able to provide me with various options to ensure that I am satisfied with my purchase/alternative option.

13deals Thank you for always taking care of me as a customer... and finding such cool items at a discounted rate!

13 Deals sells the expired food and refuses refund. They sold the expired peanuts. See the attachment.

Expiration date: 1/25/21
Delivery: 2/8/21

I requested them to send me prepaid shipping label and refund. They refused both. 13 Deals is unethical seller.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!

NEVER USE THIS SITE !!!!

What seems like good prices aren't worth the aggravation of the terrible customer service!!

I've had multiple problems with this site and would definitely recommend AGAINST using it !!!

Rec'd stuff that didn't work and they refused to do anything.

Horrible

Avoid at all costs. They do not honor their return policy. Will send defective merchandise & offer you a $5 coupon. Awful company to deal with during these times - holodays/Covid.

Is 13 Deals a scam or a legit company?

A:

13 Deals and it's sister companies, one is That Daily Deal, are all legitimate. They sell buy-outs/close-outs, that sort of items. They use a middleman for shipping and they do get my purchases out to said courier in the stated amount of time, but the courier is slow as heck and takes an additional 3-weeks to get items to you. The packages are shipped but the route taken is the least costly, so goes way out of a direct path. Kind of like shipping from Tennessee to Ohio via boat to China and back. IDK, something like that to where your package will most always take 4-6 weeks to actually arrive, so ALWAYS ORDER that much earlier than you need/want it! Otherwise, seller is trustworthy but is a small business, so read all the fine print and don't bad name him just because you didn't make yourself aware of how it works. It's all there in print. How did I know if it wasn't there? I read it within my account.

How long will sipping be?

A:

It depends on what you order. You can get something within 2 weeks, or you can wait months without any type of resolution. I have been purchasing from jammin butter for several years, and have found that if I need something - like for christmas or a birthday - no matter how early I order, I won't get it in time, whereas if I order something on a lark, I get the item within a week or two.

How do I return an item? It was Not at all what was advertised, it was Cheap! But the price wasn't!

A:

Log into your account and contact the business via the provided link, include your order number and name/address/phone, and send off a note. Most sales are final, I believe, unless there is specifically something wrong. The business is fair as long as you are, too. Know what to expect. It's not Amazon, you know, it's a guy in Tennessee who has a small business. He posts helpful youtube videos to showcase some of his items. I've been a mostly satisfied customer for at least 10 years. Mostly because I despise the middleman courrier. They are just too slow once they get your electronic order, then the actual item to ship out.
